I got this question wrong 52-is ac breaker and draw-out breaker is also available in low voltage

Drawout breaker would be a better option. The arrow looking things are what indicate that its drawout. Non drawout or bolt in circuit breaker looks like this:

it can be both Medium voltage or high voltage draw out breakers all though considering most high voltage(69kv -230kv) breakers are not drawout.

High and Medium Voltage Drawout Circuit Breaker. Drawout high voltage (>100,000V) circuit breaker haven't seen yet.

The only >100,000V ive tested would be used in Sync Breakers on Cogeneration. Example GE Magnablast Sync Breaker 138,000V so they are out there, but most >100,000 Breakers are Transmission breakers like (GIB, OCB, or GCB).

Draw out breaker. In the field you recognize these instantly, you just may refer to them as somthing else
