What shall be the accepatble limit of winding resistance of a 11000 / 400 dry transformer? Kindly quote the standard reference, the rated power is 2000KVA & rated voltage is 11000 / 400 volts

NETA ATS and MTS both specify that temperature corrected winding-resistance readings should compare within 1% of previously obtained results. Refer to section 7.2.1.2
