NETA handbooks, would you recommend?

I'm thinking about buying the NETA handbook set, either series 1 or 2. Anybody have them and if so would you recommend?

I have the Transformer, Circuit Breaker Maintenance, and Protective Relaying Handbooks (Vol. 1 and 2). They are just repackaged technical articles from PowerTest, I was expecting more of a guided course or easy to reference guide. I don't think it was worth the money but I guess it depends on what you are looking to get out of them.
