What is the maximum size conductor that can be terminated using a 200A load break elbow?
If the answer is 250 kcmil, it should be a better answer. It was very conservative solution based on NEC310.60 Table 310.16. From NEC 310.60 other tables 250 kmil was a sufficient solution but it was not a satisfied answer due to ambient temperature and number in raceway.

I've never seen more than one cable per phase pulled and terminated with a 200A load break connector. Per Cooper, the largest cable termination can be made on a 1/0 awg stranded or 2/0 awg solid conductor. I would assume the answer to be 1/0.
