What is the most common problem technicians encounter when testing microprocessor based relays?

I don't remember all of the possible answers. I know that baud rate and communications were both options.
Communications was not correct. I answered this based off of personal experience rather than what test guy or the NETA board seems to think it is. Anyone actually know what answer they are looking for?

I think it's "baud rate". This is a common issue in older serial connections and generally has to be configured correctly in order for communications to work. This is one of those "best answer" questions because even though communications is technically correct, the specific issue is the baud rate setting.
