How To Defeat Ground On A Siemens Disparador 555

Does anyone have any idea how to defeat ground on the above? I know the test set for it, the Siemens ELTPHB does not. I'll take any help you can give.

I do not have any memory of ever being able to defeat ground fault on these breakers beyond the normal in one phase out another. You can always try to short out he Neutral CT connection and see if this works, but I highly doubt it will do anything more than create a 3P/3W ground fault trip.
