Neither the NETA book, nor the test, cover conductor sizing.

I would imagine that the answer would be no less then 100% of nameplate current rating. Basically, you wouldn't want to install a conductor that has an ampacity lower then 100% full load of the source.
If you could post what your answer options were and what you selected I think I would be able to better direct you/understand what the question is looking for.

Reminder that our inspections and testing requirements are referenced from multiple standards beyond the NETA manuals. UL, NEMA and NEC are huge references for many LV test questions.
NEC Sec. 445.13
(A) General. The ampacity of the conductors from the generator output terminals to the first distribution device(s) containing overcurrent protection shall not be less than 115 percent of the nameplate current rating of the generator. It shall be permitted to size the neutral conductors in accordance with 220.61.
