3 Phase Variable AC Test Set

I'm new to relay testing and my question will be basic, but that's how we learn. I'm looking at a GE 489 relay where the manual says to use a 3 phase Variable AC test set as means for secondary injection. Does anyone know what test set is best for this type of application? The book doesn't suggest any make or model/ part number. I just want to use the right test set to be able to test as per the user manual.

Any suggestions?

Some form of relay test set is what they are referring too: Doble 6150, Omicron CMC 356, MANTA MTS-5100, Etc.

Pro-tip: if you have more than one setup the test set and test all the relays in that cell. Just make sure you don't mix them up.
