What is the formula for adding power together?
EX. 200W(Resistive), 50Vars(Inductive), 100Vars(Capacitive)

I assume you are trying to find total Apparent Power (VA).
You can find equations here:

I would specifically use this equation, replacing resistance/reactance with your respective power values:
