Trying to understand any standards related to a cosmetic hand held pen that produces ~2KV AC at RF frequencies (~40KHz). A test labs methods result in erroneous measurements of power. Test report results are milliwatts of power while it is known the small DC powered device generates watts of RF power. How to you test the power of the arc of such a thing? Does it not need to be producing the arc to correctly measure the true output power?
