I got sent out to do a PV system once that consisted of solar arrays on a roof that tied into a UPS system. Sorry to say I don't have any test procedures though, my only task per the contract was to perform a visual/mechanical inspection on the install, and to megger the cables tying the whole system together. All I did was isolate the system by opening the disconnect of each solar array and then I lifted the ups input to do insulation resistance on the cables. That was a couple of years ago now, haven't seen one since...
