EATON Magnum DS with Digitrip 1150+ showing "TRIP" on the display

We have a magnum ds with a digitrip 1150+ that is showing "TRIP" on the display. Breaker is closed and carrying load. Can someone help identify what this means?

I am not sure about this but was thinking if the breaker was recently tested and someone forgot to clear the last fault that the breaker tripped on? This is just a guess as some trip units will show a fault after testing and must be cleared by pressing a button on the trip unit.

+1 to this. you should be able to clear the message by pushing the red reset button.
