    Is possible to get an accurate resistance measurement using a Digital Earth Tester?

    Does anyone know if it is possible to get an accurate resistance measurement, using a digital earth tester and the dead earth method, on a grounding electrode with 40v of transient voltage? The dead earth method is the only plausible method at the job site location.
