    Broken Arc Resistance Tester

    My company has recently purchased an old (broken) arc resistance tester. It is a Beckman ART-1. The piece was shipped to us without an equipment manual. I have searched all over the internet to try and find any relevant information, and have been unsuccessful. I have tried contacting the original manufacturer, but it seems like they are not around anymore. Has anyone used this particular piece of equipment? If so, could you share any information you have on it?
