One of the most time consuming parts of breaker testing can be looking up manuals to find control circuit wiring for your charge/trip/close power. This sheet aims to save time by keeping a running list of circuit breakers by manufacturer and their control circuit pin outs by model.
Note: Use at your own risk! Each circuit breaker application is different, use this sheet for reference only when manufacturer’s literature is unavailable. Be sure to verify breaker nameplate control voltage and measure the control circuit with an ohmmeter before applying voltage.
This sheet was given to me by a senior tech and I’ve been adding to it over the years, it’s saved me many times in the field and now I’d like to share it with the community. Everyone please feel free to post any additions you may come across in the field and I will add them in future updates.
