How to transfer NETA to NICET?

I may be wrong here but from my understanding NETA is not transferable it stays with the company you obtained it from, any new company you go to would need you to re-certify.
NICET is an individual certification that you take with you.
with that logic as they are comparable to each other I do not be-leave they are transferable.
I may be wrong but this is my understanding.

I don't believe that they are transferable but I've heard NETA worked with NICET on their exams. It's possible they could be closer to what the old NETA test was like. It would make sense for NICET to have some kind of program where if you are a level III NETA you can obtain a NICET 2 without testing and so on.
