    Unbalance volrage mesurements of 63Kv power transformer(pt)

    After testing power transformer(pt) and close its wiring terminals I've encountr that phse S 63Kv correct voltage and pases R and T shows incorrct voltage 32Kv.

    Can any body tell why?
