PI test on xfmr?

When you are performing a PI test on a transformer and the test ends at 8 min what is the correct action?

I can't recall what the different options were?

When you are performing a PI test on a transformer and the test ends at 8 min what is the correct action?

I can't recall what the different options were?

I remember a question like this from taking my recent NETA II test. If I recall one of the options was to investigate why & I chose that cause usually that means it should of shorted out or someone prolly came into contact with the hot lead.
