For Wye-Connections V-line = sqrt(3) * V-phase, and I-line = I-phase
For Delta-Connections V-line = V-phase, and I-line = sqrt(3) * I-phase

So for the primary (delta) side we have V-line = V-phase = 3600V.
Using the turns ratio (9:1) we have the secondary PHASE voltage at 400V.
The secondary is a Wye-connection. Therefore V-Line = sqrt(3) * V-phase = 1.732 * 400V = 692.8V.

The sample exams are too easy. I am using these test in preparation to my NICET electrical power testing level III and beside the fact that in the same amount of time I need to answer 149 questions, these questions are WAY easier. Please make them harder. Level IV is not much better either :(
