When I recently took the NETA II. The formulas were not provided. Are those accessible in the PC screen?

    4. A delta-wye transformer has a turns ratio of 9:1. The primary line voltage is 3600 V. What is the secondary line voltage?
    Your Answer: 400 V

That was my wrong answer, does somebody knows why?

    For Wye-Connections V-line = sqrt(3) * V-phase, and I-line = I-phase
    For Delta-Connections V-line = V-phase, and I-line = sqrt(3) * I-phase

So for the primary (delta) side we have V-line = V-phase = 3600V.
Using the turns ratio (9:1) we have the secondary PHASE voltage at 400V.
    The secondary is a Wye-connection. Therefore V-Line = sqrt(3) * V-phase = 1.732 * 400V = 692.8V.
