    I'm looking for the best partial discharge training.

    Does anyone have any suggestions on partial discharge training?

    Can you be a bit more equipment specific. Switchgear, cables, offline, online, frequency, etc.

    Partial Discharge encompasses multiple disciplines to include all of IEEE 400 which is split between multiple chapters. Are you talking AC or DC, Online or Offline, VLF, Tan Delta, or one of the many other tests?

    I guess your best bet is to start with the IEEE followed by the manufacturer of most of the test sets:
