What were your other options? A Hook Stick operated switch is something you'd find out on a high voltage substation yard I believe
Mini-Rupter in an S&C switch are operated by handle on side of enclosure. A hot stick would be needed on the fused compartments (opposite of switch side) to remove the fuses from the enclosure.
