MRCT test set giving -36% error

    C100 800:5 ct
    Using MRCT test set.

Provides a -36% error and no matter which way I flip the leads it always says the polarity is correct.

    Anyone run into this?

    Thanks

Quick way to test Ratio is accurate is connect H1 and X1, and connect H2 with X2. Run only ratio test and Ratio will be 1. Same with TTR.

We did that and everything came out ok. Then we retested with same issue. Then the MRCT would no longer operate at all via computer or the front panel. So got an ez ct and everything worked out.
