    Which is not a main factor in accidents?

    Hard to define "major". I think a variety of different factors including operator error, mismanagement of equipment, and poor communication and training all contribute to workplace accidents.

    It states "MAIN" but yes I agree that lack of training from your employer can absolutely contribute to accidents.

    It is just one of those questions that you memorize.
