Baud rate. This is a more subjective question. Especially since communications is another answer choice which goes hand in hand with baud rate. But this is the correct answer on TestGuy. I can confirm in my limited experience in relay testing that a common setback is making sure the computer's baud rate matches the relay's baud rate. Per The Relay Testing Handbook by Chris Werstiuk, "The most common problem with communications is incorrect baud rates."
